High Conflict Coaching
As a high conflict coach, I work with you on a one to one basis. Our coaching conversations are future focused and goal oriented. I work with you to:
Knowing how to respond and being able to Identify how you interact with others when in conflict creates an awareness of specific patterns of communication in yourself and the other person.
- learn how to manage high conflict situations;
- identify and avoid potential risks;
- understand and change your behavior.
Knowing how to respond and being able to Identify how you interact with others when in conflict creates an awareness of specific patterns of communication in yourself and the other person.
There are times when reflecting back on a particular high conflict situation is of benefit. That moment of reflection allows you to assess what went wrong and, what you could do differently. As you and I work together I will challenge your understanding of the facts or information in order to view the situation in a different way and to consider positive steps to bring about change.
I invite you to consider:
- If you were to make a change in how you interacted with others, what different behaviors would people notice?
- If you understood your triggers and understood what the other parent needed to hear or see, would you be spending less time in court and have more time to co-parent your child?
- When you make a change in how you express your concerns or thoughts, what would you gain personally and / or professionally?
- How surprised would you be to hear that high conflict relationships can be managed differently?
